Disputes
A. We will try to resolve any disputes or complaints you may have quickly and efficiently.
B. If you are unhappy with us please contact us as soon as possible.
C. To formally make a complaint to us please use our complaints handling procedure (Privacy Policy).
D. If you and we cannot resolve a dispute using our complaint handling procedure, we will:
I. let you know that we cannot settle the dispute with you; and
II. consider the need for Alternative Dispute Resolution and, if considered necessary, provide you with information about any alternative dispute resolution provider we deem appropriate to deal with your complaint.
III. provide you with information about our Associations and their complaints and/or Alternative Dispute Resolution services.
E. If you want to take court proceedings, the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms.
F. Relevant United Kingdom law will apply to these Terms.
Acceptable Use of the Site
The Site should be used for your personal and non-commercial use only. We permit you to use the Site provided that you comply with this policy and our terms of use.
The Site should ordinarily be used for:
Providing information about the services provided by Nutrition with Lillia, including downloadable content on these services and general information pertaining to the type of services provided. Connecting to the Healthpath Pro Platform where consultations and services can be booked.

(a). not using the Site in any manner which is in breach of domestic or international law or which is not permitted by domestic or international law;
(b). not using the Site in any manner which is considered fraudulent under any applicable laws;

(d). not using or accessing the Site in any manner which is considered fraudulent under any applicable laws;
(e). not using the Site in any manner which promotes terrorism or contains terrorist content;
(f). not using the Site in any manner which incites hatred or derogatory content towards another person or in order to carry out any malicious communications;
(g). not using the Site to distribute viruses, malware or any other harmful technologies;
(h). not using the Site to undertake unsolicited advertising or to send spam;
(i). not using the Site in any manner that interferes with its proper operation;
(j). not using the Site in any manner which shall be harmful or has the potential to harm minors;
(k). not using any trademarks or logos from the Site without explicit written consent from us;
(l). not being under the age of 18. Our services are not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to use our services
(m). not creating any link to our Site from another website without our prior written consent. Where permission is given to create such a link this should not be placed on any other site which does not fall within the acceptable use conditions of this policy.
(n). In addition, users of the Site should be aware:
In regards to any links, design, photography, copy and text from the website must not be placed on any other website, or used, or re-sold including any downloadable content by the user. If you are promoting any content please link back to the original post.
